RenewSys has launched Deserv Extreme, a new line of n-type TOPCon solar modules.

This series includes bifacial dual-glass modules with peak power outputs between 600 W and 625 W, achieving front-side efficiencies of up to 23.17%. The rear side of these modules can contribute an additional power generation increase of up to 20%, leading to total power outputs of 750 Wp.

The modules are built with 132 half-cut mono-crystalline solar cells and feature an IP68-rated split junction box that contains three bypass diodes, all encased in an anodized aluminum alloy frame.

These modules are engineered to function efficiently in temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C, with a Pmax operating temperature coefficient of -0.29% per degree Celsius.
