Manufactured from high-quality raw materials, including virgin FR grade PVC, electrolytic multi-strand annealed copper conductors, and optionally tin-coated components, these cables utilize a UV-protected XLPO compound for their sheathing. They are tailored for the effective interconnection of PV modules within solar systems. The use of premium materials ensures durability and performance.

The electrolytic grade copper wires, with a purity of 99.99%, exhibit exceptionally low conductor resistance (<0.0015Ω/m), significantly lower than that of uncoated copper wires, which measure approximately 0.0045Ω/m at 25°C in dry conditions. Furthermore, these wires boast excellent mechanical strength, attributed to the high tensile strength and elongation characteristics of copper conductors (minimum 10%). We offer these cables in various dimensions, including AWG, mm², and sq. mm.

When the tin coating is scratched, the underlying pure copper cables are revealed. XLPE cables consist of pure annealed copper with a tin coating that enhances conductivity in accordance with TUV standards. It is not recommended to use standard copper cables for solar applications.

DC cables are also called as solar cables . It is strongly recommended  to use dc wire for connecting solar panels with inverter and charge controllers.
